2009-2010
Effective June 2, 2009 marks the end of the internal transfer period for current DCTA teachers. However, current teachers are still eligible to apply for developmental assignments (TOSA, Student Advisor, Facilitator, and Administrative Assistant) after June 2nd and may move to non-developmental assignments with both their current and receiving principal's permission, See Article 13 of the DCTA agreement.
