RPM Lawson - Revolutionizing Performance by Mastering Lawson

What is RPM Lawson?

RPM Lawson is an ambitious project that arose from the need to introduce revolutionary change to data-driven decision making. The project serves the District's greater performance management initiative, which includes performance based pay. Mastering Lawson empowers employees to leverage the data within the system to make informed decisions, and will add a layer of personal security with the discontinued use of Social Security numbers as the primary employee identifier.

"We require a solution that will provide a solid foundation for our strategic Human Resources goals and enhance our ability to provide outstanding client service by making our systems and processes more efficient. We want to leverage our technology upgrade to not only comply with the software requirements, but also to improve business processes and integrate disparate systems." - Shayne Spalten, Project Sponsor and Chief Human Resources Officer.
