RPM Project Objectives
PRM Lawson will be implemented in three phases:
Phase I: Tune Up Objectives:
- Convert Employee ID Number to DPS ID Number
- Re-deploy SEA via Lawson Portal (All)
- Upgrade to LSF9
- Deploy Portal for Power Users
- Roll Out Role-based Security
- Conduct Analysis to Support Identity Management Project
- Implement Training Administration Module for Pilot Group
Phase II: Engine Diagnostics
- Identify processes to automate and improve
- Identify improved data storage methods to help Colorado Department of Education Reporting
- Review best practices and determine how to increase utilization of Lawson products and decrease modifications
Phase III: Engine Overhaul
- Upgrade Lawson system to version 9.0
- Implement Position Management and Absence Management
- Reduce modifications to Lawson system
- Implement best practices identified during Engine Diagnostics phase
