ProComp

ProComp, Denver's revolutionary Professional Compensation System for Teachers, increases the earnings potential for Denver educators while linking their pay to the District's instructional goals. All teachers and student services professionals new to DPS will be placed in ProComp and will have the opportunity to build their annual salaries in four different ways:

  1. Increasing knowledge and skills
  2. Meeting student growth objectives
  3. Earning satisfactory evaluations
  4. Working in hard-to-staff positions and hard-to-serve schools
