Employee Performance Management Program (EPMP)

The Year-end EPMP process is underway!  By now, all participating employees should have completed self-appraisals for the 2013-14 school year. Now’s the time to begin drafting your goals for the 2014-15 school year to help you prepare for your upcoming performance and goals conversation with your manager.

Managers:  By now you should have completed your employee appraisals. You can begin planning your performance and goals conversations  to take place between Aug. 11 and 29.
